What is the cost?
Trustee Pipelining projects start from £4,000 per skillset – eg. HR, Finance, Safeguarding (etc).
Once we have a clearer understanding of the specific skills and backround you require, we can provide a more accurate cost estimate.
Our fees are determined by the time needed to identify, approach, and screen candidates, as well as the rarity of the skills you seek.
We understand that recruitment budgets can be tight; therefore, we are confident in our ability to work within most budgets.
Payment Terms
We require a 50% payment at the commencement of the project and the remaining 50% once interviews have been scheduled.
Unlimited Hiring
You are able to make an unlimited number of hires – we do not charge per appointment
At the end of the project we provide you with the names and contact details of all the candidates – you own all the relationships generated and can make a limitless number of future hires.
What is included?
Our fee will include weekly talent pool updates.
Also, we will create a candidate attraction pack - this includes a description of your mission, the organisation, role description and any other information to best present the work you do.
